Meet Dr. Sami
Dr. Shehzad Sami is one of a few handful cardiologists in the US to have 5 board certifications. His credentials include board certifications in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology by the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Stress Echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography. He has received extensive education and specialized training in finding, treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
He is uniquely qualified to perform tests and provide information related to all fields of cardiology. He is devoted to ensuring proper heart health for each one of his patients.
Dr. Sami is passionate about providing comprehensive cardiovascular care and offers the most advanced treatments available, ranging from preventing heart disease progression by lifestyle modification and medical therapy, to catheter-based coronary, peripheral interventions, arrhythmia management, minimally invasive monitor placement and implantable devices.
